Google Brings 11 Disney Parks To Street View App

There are some new places to virtually visit via the Google Maps spinoff Street View thanks to a collaborative effort between Disney and Google. In fact, there are no fewer than eleven such locations featuring a wide array of attractions, rides, and landscapes from Disney Parks that have been added to the 360-degree image sharing and virtual experience service as of today. There’s a lot to enjoy at Disney’s parks around the world and it doesn’t necessarily take away from the fun to visit those in a digital format beforehand. It goes without saying that the new locations include some of the most iconic locales and landmarks from the company that are open for business. So, anybody interested is going to want to head over to Google Street View and search for the newly added locations or scroll through the featured section since they should appear there as well for the time being.

This is not the first time Google and Disney have partnered up on a project and it is unlikely to be the last. More recently, the companies have joined forces on the Pixel 2 devices to give users of those handsets a unique Star Wars experience through various augmented reality stickers. On the media side of things, the companies collaborated to bring more Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel content to Google Play Movies & TV, while Disney’s Movies Anywhere app also features prominently throughout the Android ecosystem, including the Android TV platform. In the meantime, the executives at Disney are also working to bring new games and apps to the Play Store over the next several months, according to the company’s previous announcements.
