Apple should really increase their trade in values. I get they’re in the business of making money, but if they’re using 100% recycled aluminum and other recycled parts for some products, they should pass the savings on to the consumer.

Last year, I used a Costco promotion (through a 3rd party vendor) to upgrade from an iPhone 7 to an XS Max on Tmobile. The catch is that these “bill credits” are over 36 months, which essentially make this a 3 year contract. Essentially the carriers are subsidizing your phone but locking you in for a longer period than they did in the past (2 years previously).

Very deceptive and the FCC should look into these recent practices by the carrier.
